Request a Spay/Neuter Clinic Reservation
To attend FCAP's feral cat spay/neuter/vaccinate clinic, you MUST:
1- Request a clinic reservation using the form below.
2- AWAIT FCAP's e-mail confirmation of your reservation. Confirmation is not immediate. We all are VOLUNTEERS.
(If you do not receive e-mail confirmation, then FCAP could not give you a reservation for the upcoming monthly clinic.)

3- AFTER you DO receive a reservation, you MUST attend one introductory FCAP safe trapping class.
4- The cat must weigh 4 pounds or more.
5- AFTER you SUBMIT this form, your request WILL be on its way to FCAP's scheduling volunteer.
FCAP's $10 clinics are in great demand!
If you do not receive FCAP's e-mail reservation confirmation this month, request again next month.
